MP Filtri HFEX Elixir Low & Medium Pressure Filters

MP Filtri HFEX Elixir low-pressure filters have a working pressure of up to 35 bar (508 psi) and flow rates up to 300 litres/minute, female threaded connections up to 1 1/4″ and SAE connections up to 1 5/8″.

HFEX filters are used for protection of sensitive components in low-pressure hydraulic systems and are also suitable for the offline filtration of small reservoirs. They are directly connected to the lines of the system through the hydraulic fittings and are interchangeable with MP Filtri’s standard spin-on range.

Features of MP Filtri HFEX filters include:

• Female threaded connections up to 1 1/4″, for a maximum flow rate of 300 litres/minute
• Fine filtration rating, to get a good cleanliness level into the system
• Water removal elements, to remove the free water from the hydraulic fluid
• Bypass valve, to relieve excessive pressure drop across the filter media; opening pressure 3.5 bar ±10%
• Visual and electrical differential clogging indicators
• MYclean interface connection for the filter element, to protect the product against non-original spare parts
• External protective wrap, to optimise the flow through the element and protect element efficiency against improper handling
• Seals: standard NBR, series A
• Temperature: from -25 °C to +110 °C
• Vertical mounting only
