We’re always thrilled when asked to power next-generation hydraulic solutions. One example is our partnership with University of Edinburgh’s student team, ‘HypED’ – when building a prototype pod for Elon Musk’s ground-breaking SpaceX Hyperloop transport system concept.
Hydraulics Online’s sponsorship involved technical design expertise and hydraulic equipment for the pod’s dynamic elements, which used a hydraulic circuit to engage the braking system at high speeds.
