We have always believed that sourcing hydraulic equipment and solutions should be quick, easy and customer-led. And, as part of that, our team has always worked tirelessly to deliver a first-class experience, wherever in the world our customers may be.
In 2014 we were ISO 9001 certified. This has paved the way for continued growth ever since, with clear objectives, procedures and performance feedback for our staff. The result? A strengthened company culture, motivational leadership, continuous improvement mindset and happy clients around the world!
We feel so strongly about ISO 9001:2015 and its value for our business. From an external perspective, as we attract new customers daily, we know that verifying our quality management accreditation is a key part of their due diligence on us – whether through our completion of their vendor questionnaires or through customers’ own desk-based research on us. But beyond that, we know that it enables us to continually consolidate our achievements to date, both in terms of the customer experience and service that we offer and our underlying internal operations. ISO 9001:2015 ensures that we can retain and build on those high standards as we further develop and grow.
We have high expectations for ourselves and always want to raise the bar; for me it was important to secure the accreditation directly with the British Standards Institute themselves. The process is invaluable in sharpening our thinking. Years on and the whole team is always alert to opportunities to work more effectively. It’s just the way we do things now.

A Recognised World Authority
When embarking on our quality management accreditation journey back in 2013, we chose the British Standards Institution as a recognised world authority on management systems, accredited themselves through UKAS. We wanted to be put through our paces, to have the opportunity to learn, to ensure that we remained well-positioned to continue to deliver a superior customer experience. We weren’t interested in simply being able to ‘grab’ and use a quality management logo.
Today, our ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System, audited externally every year, ensures that we are operationally robust to deliver a quality service, day in and day out.
