Bondioli & Pavesi Valves
Bondioli & Pavesi valves cover monoblock and modular directional control valves for mobile machinery, dedicated valve systems for tractors and front loaders, the ByWire modular system, cartridge and in-line valves, and hydraulic integrated circuits.
Flows across the portfolio of Bondioli & Pavesi valve range run up to 250 l/min and pressures up to 420 bar, depending on the valve type.
Most directional control valves can be operated by direct hydraulic control, Bowden cable, proportional electric control or joystick, and Bondioli & Pavesi also supplies the servo controls used to pilot them.
Bondioli & Pavesi Valve Range
Directional Control Valves
- Monoblock Directional Control Valves: 35 to 140 l/min, up to 300 bar and up to 7 sections, in the MD, DN, ML and DL families. Compact and simple, for applications where size, weight and cost matter. Parallel, load sensing, tandem and series circuits, with auxiliary pressure and flow control valves available.
- Control Systems for Front Loaders: 45 to 90 l/min, up to 250 bar, and 2 sections (DN46CV, DN46FC, DN90FC). Parallel, load sensing and series circuits, with port relief and anti-cavitation valves and float and regenerative functions.
- Modular Directional Control Valves: 40 to 160 l/min, up to 300 bar, and up to 9 sections (DNC35, DNC65, DNC75, DNC100, DNC160). For machines where flexibility and complex circuits are needed, with parallel, load sensing, tandem and series circuits.
- Monoblock Directional Control Valves for Tractors: DN46, 45 l/min, up to 250 bar, and up to 4 sections.
- Modular Directional Control Valves for Tractors: 90 to 170 l/min, up to 250 bar (DNC65, LSC90 load sensing). Tractor valves suit fixed displacement or load-sensing pumps and can include integrated hitch control, flow regulator, single- or double-acting spools, check valve and kick-out, with electronic top link and auxiliary service management systems available.
- ByWire Modular Directional Control Valves: 50 to 250 l/min, up to 300 bar, in four element sizes (BW05, BW10, BW14, BW25). Elements are on-off or proportional, pre-compensated or flow sharing, for fixed or variable pumps, with all compensation inside the valve body. Four platforms are offered: OC (on-off pressurisation, with proportional modules possible), LS (load sensing), HL (hydraulic/electronic load sensing) and EL (fully electronic control).
Cartridge and In-Line Valves
- Cartridge Valves: Directional valves (20 to 45 l/min, 250 bar), pressure control valves (25 to 250 l/min, 420 bar), flow control valves (20 to 90 l/min, 250 bar) and solenoid-operated valves (1.5 to 80 l/min, 350 bar) for standard 9/16-18, 3/4-16, 7/8-14 and 1-1/16-12 UNF cavities, with special cavity and custom versions on request. Coils, standard valve housings and spare parts kits are also available.
- In-Line Valves: 20 to 150 l/min, up to 250 bar, as check, cross-check, relief, flow regulator and limit switch valves.
Hydraulic Integrated Circuits
- HIC Manifold Blocks: Up to 200 l/min and 350 bar. Machined blocks fitted with cartridge valves and designed to each customer’s requirements, combining several functions in one unit to cut fittings, pipework, hoses, weight and assembly time.
Servo Controls
- HPC and HPEG Servo Controls, HPU Feeding Units: HPC hydraulic servo controls for low-pressure remote piloting of variable pumps, motors and directional valves; HPEG electronic joysticks for CAN bus control; and HPU accumulator units that maintain pilot and interlock functions if the main hydraulic supply fails. Lever and pedal versions are available with a wide choice of grips, buttons and switches.
