Ikron HF410 In Tank Suction Line Filters
The Ikron HF410 series is a compact range of in-tank suction line filters designed to protect hydraulic pumps and system components from harmful contaminants at the fluid intake point. Mounted directly inside the reservoir, these filters help prevent cavitation, wear, and premature failure by capturing solid particles before they enter the hydraulic circuit.
With a maximum flow capacity of 300 litres/minute (79.3 gpm), HF410 filters are ideal for mobile and industrial hydraulic systems requiring reliable suction-side filtration. They are available with or without an integrated bypass valve, offering flexibility for systems with varying pressure drop tolerances.
Filter media options include:
- Stainless steel wire mesh: 25, 60, 125, 250 micron
- Zinc-plated steel wire mesh: 90 micron
The HF410’s aluminium connection head and service-friendly design allow for quick inspection and replacement, reducing maintenance time and ensuring long-term system efficiency.
