Ikron HF502 / HF508 Tank Top Filters
The Ikron HF502 and HF508 series are high-capacity tank top return filters engineered to protect hydraulic systems from contamination during fluid return. Mounted directly on the reservoir, these filters offer efficient, space-saving filtration for a wide range of mobile and industrial hydraulic applications.
With maximum flow rates up to 1000 litres/minute (264.1 gpm) and a working pressure of 8 bar (116 psi), the HF502/508 filters are ideal for systems requiring reliable return line filtration without compromising tank design or serviceability.
Available filter media options include:
- Microfibre: 3, 6, 10, 25 micron
- Reinforced cellulose: 10, 25 micron
- Zinc-plated steel wire mesh: 90 micron
- Stainless steel wire mesh: 25, 60, 125, 250 micron
The HF508 variant offers dual inlet ports with SAE 3000 threads, providing flexible installation options for complex return line configurations. Both models support a range of accessories, including diffusers and tube extensions, to reduce turbulence and prevent foam formation inside the tank.
