When Hydraulics Online came of age and turned 18 in 2022, we shared the excitement of nurturing a business that was conceived just two weeks before Christmas, a time when most were winding down for the festive season.

From the very beginning, and with a blank sheet of paper laid in front of us, our vision and energy for Hydraulics Online were clear: to stand as a connected, non-partisan provider offering personalised, customer-led service, expert advice, and unrivaled choice. Today, that vision for the Hydraulics Online brand burns just as brightly as it did 20 years ago, if not more so:

Through economic ups and downs, global challenges, and the recent disruptions caused by the pandemic, Hydraulics Online has stood firm, proving that our approach to business was, in the words of others, “ahead of the game”.  Our commitment to putting customers, not products, at the front and centre of all that we do, going the extra mile and adding value, is unwavering; allowing us to attracting clients from all over the world who seek creative solutions and faster lead times in an era of supply chain chaos.

As we step into our third decade, we have big plans to continually enhance the Hydraulics Online experience – for our customers and suppliers alike. Our commitment to enriching online resources for our vistors and customers is already in motion, and we will continue to strengthen cooperation with the hydraulic brands we work – without ever compromising on our independence – to further position ourselves as the gateway to, and hydraulic hub that connects, the world.

In these increasingly volatile and uncertain times, our journey has not been without challenges. But a as our ISO 9001 external auditors recently noted, our customer-centric vision, mission and values aren’t just words on a wall – they’re our lived reality and compass providing direction for all that we strive for and do. Our purpose has been our guiding star – from the very first days, when deciding on and registering our company name, through to the present moment. We will continue to challenge the status quo in our industry: always championing what is right for the customer and leading the way when it comes to collaboration.
