Information contained within the form will be used by Hydraulics Online Ltd to assess the Customer’s suitability for an account. For limited companies, we also reserve the right to make additional enquiries about the principal directors with a credit reference agency. We retain the right to refuse credit facilities without divulging our reasons.
Our terms of credit are strictly net 30 days from date of invoice – this cannot be superseded by the terms on your purchase order. All legal and beneficial title to all goods and services supplied shall remain the property of Hydraulics Online Ltd until payment of cleared funds is received in full – our full Terms & Conditions apply.
