Bosch Rexroth Hydraulic Manifolds

Bosch Rexroth manifolds and plates connect and mount hydraulic valves to build compact control systems.

The range covers single valve subplates, cover, adapter and sandwich plates, HSR multi-station manifolds, logic valve housings, IH15 and IH20 modular plate systems, and fully assembled function manifolds for tasks such as accumulator shut-off, press control and press safety.

Bosch Rexroth also designs and builds customised manifolds to order, from the circuit design and flow simulation through CNC machining to assembly and function testing on a test bench. Additive manufacturing is used to produce more energy-efficient channel geometries.

Bosch Rexroth Manifold Range

Subplates and Multi-Station Manifolds

  • Type G Single Valve Subplates: Unfitted base plates for directional control valves and sandwich plates with ISO 4401 mounting patterns, from CETOP 3 (NG06) and CETOP 5 (NG10) upwards.
  • HSR Multi-Station Manifolds: Manifolds for parallel control systems with 2 up to 10 valve stations, in sizes including HSR 06 and HSR 10. Compatible with on/off, proportional, high response and servo valves, and with vertically stacked sandwich plate valves.
  • Multiple Connection Plates: Plates with additional functions such as integrated measuring ports or an integrated DBD pressure relief valve.

Cover, Adapter and Sandwich Plates

  • Range: HSA cover plates for closing off a valve mounting pattern, with a variety of additional functions; adapter plates for fitting valves of one size to a mounting pattern of another; and sandwich plates for building up functions between a valve and its subplate.

Logic Unit Housings

  • Range: Housings for logic valves, which switch and control large volume flows.

Modular Plate Systems

  • IH15 and IH20: Modular block systems for building ready-to-connect controls in a compact design, configured from different modules with additional vertical stacking elements.

Function Manifolds

Standardised, fully assembled units for specific functions, including accumulator shut-off blocks, pump safety blocks and winch blocks, as well as:

  • Accumulator Shut-Off Blocks (ABZSS and VAW): For protecting, isolating and relieving hydraulic accumulators to the Pressure Equipment Directive, with manual or electric relief up to 350 bar.
  • IH04 Press Modules: Hydraulic controls for hydraulic presses to EN ISO 16092-3 and plastics and rubber machinery to EN 289, classed as a safety-related part of the control system under EN ISO 13849-1.
  • Press Brake Modules: Hydraulic modules for valve-controlled press brakes to EN 12622, in compact or three-block versions from NG6 to NG16, covering machines from under 50 tonnes to over 5,000 tonnes.
  • PSV Press Safety Valves: Hydraulic controls for the clutch-brake combination of mechanical presses to EN ISO 16092-2.
  • IH04S Overload Protection: Hydraulic overload protection for mechanical presses, protecting the drive, press frame and tool.
