The company was established as a state enterprise in Bulgaria in 1963 with a focus on the maintenance and repair of excavating machines, bulldozers and auto cranes within the construction industry.

In 1966, M+S Hydraulic started to manufacture hydraulic equipment for the first time with the production of loaders and hydraulic systems for housing construction.

Proudly claiming to be the first company in Bulgaria to achieve ISO 9001 quality management in 1995, the company’s shares were first traded on the Bulgarian Stock  Exchange in 1997 and in 2015 a subsidiary trading company, M+S Hydraulic Power Transmission GmbH, was established in Germany.

Today the company produces a comprehensive range of Euro and SAE spool valve and disc valve hydraulic motors; steering units; valves; motor/brake units; accessories; axial piston pumps and axial piston motors.

The full M+S product range is well suited to a diverse range of industries and applications including: conveyors, textile machines, heavy duty machinery, construction plant equipment, material handling equipment, agricultural machinery, food production. mining, swing drives and specialist vehicles.
