Argo Hytos Pressure Filters

Argo Hytos pressure filters are designed to suit a wide variety of applications.

Pressure filters are designed to protect hydraulic systems against wear by means of filter elements that even in full-flow filtration meet the highest demands regarding cleanliness classes. They also protect agaisnt system malfunction through installation near to the control valves or other expensive components. The specific determined flow rate guarantees a closed by-pass valve even at ν ≤ 200 mm2/s / 927 SUS (cold start
condition). Flow direction is from outside to center.

The star-shaped pleating of the Argo Hytos filter material results in:

• Large filter surfaces
• Low pressure drop
• High dirt-holding capacities
• Long service life

The full range comprises:

• High performance pressure filters:
  • The range is as follows: D042, D062, D072, D112, D152, D162, D232 and D 332 series with a flow rate from 44 to 350 litres per minute.
• High performance, low pressure, in-line filters comprising:
  • The FNL 1000 and FNL 2000 models with very high flow rates of 555 and 1450 litres per minute respectively.
