Berarma FCV Valves

Berarma FCV proportional flow control valves are designed to integrate with Berarma PHP 2 and PHP 3 pumps, and are equally suited to other hydraulic systems thanks to their compact dimensions and standard SAE connections.

Installed at the pump outlet, the FCV allows flow rate to be adjusted independently of working pressure. When combined with the PCLS005 proportional pressure control — available on PHP pumps — energy savings are maximised and complete open-loop proportional control of both pressure and flow rate (P/Q) is achieved.

Each Berarma FCV proportional flow control is also equipped with:

• A flexible pipe for load-sensing pressure signal, taken after the flow rate adjustment valve
• An integrated NRV non-return (check) valve, providing protection against pressure peaks from the system
• A pressure gauge port connection for measuring pressure after the NRV
