    Description

    Duplomatic FV7 pumps are fixed displacement vane pumps, with several nominal displacements each. Single, double and triple pumps are available.

    Single pumps are available in 2 sizes: FV7B from 5.8 cc/rev to 50 cc/rev and FV7D from 44 cc/rev to 137.5 cc/rev.

    Flows at 1500 rpm range from 8.7 to 206 litres/minute. Operating pressure ranges from 250 to 320 bar, with maximum speeds from 3000 to 3600 rpm.

    The pumping group is composed of a cartridge element that contains the rotor, vanes, cam ring and support plates. The cartridge is easily to remove without disconnecting the pump from the hydraulic circuit, thus simplifying maintenance.

    The cam ring’s elliptical profile, with double suction and delivery chambers one against the other, eliminates the radial thrusts on the rotor. This reduces wear of the pump. The 10-vane rotor reduces delivery pressure pulsations, suppressing the vibrations and noise level of the pump.
