HydraForce RVD58-20 Relief Valve

The HydraForce RVD58-20 is a screw-in, cartridge style, direct acting poppet type relief valve intended for use as a pressure limiting device for common hydraulic circuit protection.

The RVD58-20 blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until sufficient pressure is present at port 1 to force the poppet off its seat. the cartridge offers fast response to load changes in circuits requiring low hysteresis, low pressure rise, and low internal leakage.

• Optional spring ranges to 350 bar (5076 psi)
• EEEmbossed QR code provides serial number
• High durometer Buna and Fluorocarbon seals

Pressure ratings:

• Pressure rating: Port1, 350 bar (5076 psi) and Port 2, 207 bar (3000 psi)
• Proof pressure: Port 1, 413 bar (5990 psi)
• Burst pressure: 1379 bar (20,000 psi)
• Crack pressure defined: pressure evident at 0.95 lpm (0.25 gpm)
• Reseat pressure: nominal 90% of crack pressure

Flow rating: 37.9 litres / minute (10 gallons / minute)

This valve can be used with mineral based or synthetic hydraulic fluid with lubricating properties.
