Ikron HB50 Filler Breather
The Ikron HB50 filler breather is a compact, dual-function reservoir cap designed for air filtration and fluid filling in hydraulic systems. Built for durability and ease of use, it features a chromium-plated steel cover and zinc-plated steel components, ensuring long-lasting performance in demanding environments.
With air flow rates up to 285 l/min (75.3 gpm) and filtration options of 10 or 40 micron, the HB50 helps maintain fluid cleanliness by preventing airborne contaminants from entering the reservoir. It can be configured with optional features such as:
- Basket to pre-filter incoming oil and block large particles
- Level dipstick in three height options for fluid monitoring
- Chainlet to secure the cap during maintenance
The HB50 supports flexible installation via screw-mounted flanges, welding flanges, or ¼″ GAS male threaded connections, making it suitable for a wide range of mobile and industrial hydraulic tanks. Compatible with mineral oils, emulsions, and synthetic fluids per ISO 2943, it operates reliably in temperatures from –30°C to +90°C.
