Ikron HB70 Filler Breather
The Ikron HB70 filler breather is a compact, dual-function reservoir component designed for air filtration and fluid filling in hydraulic systems. Engineered for durability and ease of use, it features a chromium-plated steel cap and zinc-plated steel components, ensuring corrosion resistance and long service life in demanding environments.
With air flow rates up to 480 litres/min (118.9 gpm) and filtration options of 10 or 40 micron, the HB70 helps maintain fluid cleanliness by preventing airborne contaminants from entering the reservoir. It can be configured with a pressurisation valve to support pump suction and reduce foam formation, as well as optional features such as:
- Anti-splash device to protect the filter element
- Basket for pre-filtering incoming oil
- Level dipstick in three height options
- Security chainlet to retain the cap during servicing
The HB70 offers flexible installation via flanged, welded, or threaded (¾″ GAS male) connections, making it suitable for a wide range of mobile and industrial hydraulic tanks.
