Description
The Ikron HF705 series is a compact, high-efficiency in-line pressure filter designed to protect sensitive hydraulic components from contamination. Installed directly on the pressure line, it serves as the final safeguard for systems requiring precise fluid cleanliness – particularly those incorporating servo valves or quick couplings.
With a maximum working pressure of 350 bar (5075 psi) and flow rates up to 115 l/min (30.4 gpm), the HF705 delivers reliable performance in demanding hydraulic circuits. Its bidirectional flow capability and compact design make it ideal for space-constrained applications without compromising filtration integrity.
The HF705 is available with sintered bronze filter elements in 10, 25, 40, and 60 micron ratings, as well as stainless steel wire mesh in 60 micron. These options allow for tailored protection based on system sensitivity and fluid cleanliness requirements.
Additional features include:
- Visual or electrical clogging indicators for proactive maintenance
- Aluminium alloy head and steel bowl for durability and corrosion resistance
- Optional bypass valve to prevent pressure spikes during element saturation
This filter is engineered for use with mineral oils and operates effectively in ambient temperatures from –25°C to +110°C, making it a versatile solution for both mobile and industrial hydraulic systems.
