Parker PGP020 Pump – Cast Iron Gear Pump

Description

Parker PGP020 pumps are fixed/positive displacement gear pumps. They offer high performance, durability and resistance to oil contamination due to their cast iron, roller bearing construction and are ideal for the transport industry.

They are available as single pumps, coded ‘A’ or as multiple pumps, coded ‘B’ to provide additional pump flow from the drive shaft. Each gear section is connected to the drive shaft by a connecting shaft. A variety of drive shafts and mounting styles are available. The strength of the shafts (their PL factor) determines the maximum gear width the pump or motor can turn at a given pressure. Standard features include rigid, one-piece drive shaft and gears and pressure-balanced thrust plated.

Features and benefits of Parker PGP020 pumps include:

  • Three-piece cast iron construction for distribution flexibility
  • Durable high-strength cast iron body for excellent power-to-weight ratio
  • Cast iron construction for durability
  • Balanced thrust plates minimise friction and leakage
  • Roller bearings for durability
  • Multiple sections available
