Parker System 20 Monitors
Parker System 20 combines an inline sensor with a hand-held monitor to give readings of flow, pressure and temperature without the need for system downtime. It is used with all mineral oils, water and water/oil emulsions.
Inline sensors:
Sensors come in three sizes. Size 0 covers 6 to 25 l/min with an SAE-6 or G6 port. Size 1 covers 20 to 100 l/min with an SAE-12 or G12 port. Size 2 covers 80 to 380 l/min with an SAE-20 or G20 port.
All sizes have a working pressure of 420 bar (6000 psi), a flow accuracy of ±2.5% full scale deflection and a 303 stainless steel body. Industrial (STI) sensors are available in all sizes, and mobile (STS) sensors in sizes 1 and 2. Sensors with EPDM seals are available for phosphate ester fluids.
Hand-held monitors:
The EM20 electronic monitor gives a digital display of flow, temperature, line pressure, differential pressure and rising peak pressure. It calibrates automatically for all sensor sizes, stores 300 tests, downloads to a PC over RS232 and runs on 6 AA batteries.
The analogue monitor has three dial gauges reading flow, pressure and temperature in bar/psi and °C/°F, with a flow scale for size 1 and 2 sensors. It needs no power source and is available for oil or water, in l/min or GPM.
Typical applications:
Drilling equipment, mining, grinding and conveying, industrial hydraulics and mobile applications.
