Description
Permco 424 series are small displacement sleeve-bushing design gear pumps and motors. They offer higher pressure capabilities than Permco’s 124 series.
They have a doweled and high strength cast iron construction, with high strength alloy steel gear and shaft sets. Pressure-balanced wear plates maintain efficiency throughout all operating ranges.
Common applications include: fan motors, bed hoists and car haulers.
Additional options include: a box programme for motor and pump; outboard bearing option and porting, mounting and shaft options.
They are available in 3 different sizes with displacements of 10.2, 15.2 and 20.3 cc/rev. Maximum working pressure is 310 bar; maximum speed is 3000 rpm.
