Permco 5000 / 5100 Series Gear Pumps & Motors

Permco 5000 / 5100 series are medium displacement external gear pumps and motors. They have a heavy duty roller-bearing design and rugged doweled, cast iron construction with high strength cast iron gear and shaft sets.

They offer high pressure capabilities for a small pump and can be used across a wide range of applications. Pressure-balanced wear plates maintain high pump efficiency throughout all operating ranges.

A number of other options are also available: split flange and SAE ORB ports, relief valve, piggyback and add-a-pump options, and viton and severe duty seal.

Across the series, there are 9 gear widths range from 1/2″ to 2″ and displacements range from 21 cc/rev to 105 cc/rev. Maximum operating pressure ranges from 172 bar (2500 psi) to 207 bar (3000 psi), and maximum speed is 2400 rpm.
