Emmegi Silent EVO Series Offline Cooling Units

Emmegi Silent EVO Series heat exchangers are designed to connect directly to the hydraulic reservoir.

These offline air/oil coolers offer a reduced noise level while utilising a pump activated by an electric motor to automatically take the oil into circulation through the cooler, and then return the oil back into the hydraulic circuit. This is a high efficiency heat exchanger cooling system.

The entire range of exchangers is available with electric motors with IP55 protection and various three-phase voltages such as 230/400V 50Hz and 265/460V 60Hz.

The Emmegi Silent EVO series comprises models: S3E15 | S3E25 | S3E35 | S3E45 | S3E55 | S3E65 | S3E75

Options include:

• Cover: with cover (CC) | without cover (SC) | with cover and electric box (CQ) | without cover and electric box (SQ)
• Voltage: 230 – 400V – 50 Hz / 265-460V – 60Hz  || 230/400V – 50 Hz / 208-230-460 – 60 Hz, SE3 15 only

• Filter: without filter | 10 micron | 25 micron | 60 micron

Silent EVO 3 heat exchangers series are the optimal cooling solution for hydraulic systems and machine tools and for industrial applications such as recycling plants. Summary performance and technical data across the range is as follows:

• Operating pressure: 6 bar static, maximum
• Test pressure: 20 bar
• Maximum operating temperature: 93°C
• Flow rates: from 10 litres/minute to 80 litres/minute, maximum
• Exchange power: from 1kW to 60 kW
