A hydraulic cooler is a mechanical device used to transfer heat from a fluid to air or another fluid. It is normally constructed of finned tubes with one fluid on the inside and the other fluid or air on the outside of the tubes. A hydraulic heat exchanger transfers heat through a conducting wall from one fluid to another to help relieve the excessive heat that builds up in a hydraulic system.
