As our Finance and Office Manager, Joanna keeps the business in check by overseeing the sales and purchase ledgers, credit management and general smooth running of day-to-day life at Hydraulics Online HQ. She also plays a vital role in implementing process improvements and collating reports for the Board of Directors. Her desk is the hub of everything, but nothing seems to faze her… and she always goes the ‘extra mile’ to provide exceptional service to each and every customer with her professionalism and warm and friendly persona. We’d even stick our necks out to say that Joanna is probably the most customer-orientated finance manager on this planet!
Raising champions
In her life outside of work, Joanna is the proud mum of two teenage boys who keep her busy with their hectic out-of-school curricula. Several times a week you will find her standing on the side lines of the football pitch – cheering them on, brushing muck off their boots and handing out water bottles. Her well deserved ‘me time’ is enjoyed with a glass of Merlot and a good book… after clocking up her daily 10,000 steps, of course!
