MP Filtri HPB High Pressure Filters

MP Filtri HPB high-pressure bowl kits (HPB050 and HPB150) have a maximum working pressure of 42 MPa (420 bar) and a flow rate of 300 litres/minute.

Unlike other MP Filtri high pressure filters, HPB kits have no housing, head or bypass valve of their own: they integrate directly into a machined cavity in the control block, protecting the block from contamination while reducing the overall size of the hydraulic system. They are vertically mounted and commonly used in mobile machinery.

Features of MP Filtri HPB kits include:

• Fine filtration rating, to get a good cleanliness level into the system
• Low collapse filter element “N”, for use with control blocks that have their own bypass valve
• High collapse filter element with external support “S”, for use with control blocks that do not have a bypass valve
• Seals: standard NBR, series A | optional FPM, series V
• Temperature: from -25 °C to +110 °C
• Vertical mounting only

• Burst pressure: 126 MPa (1260 bar)
• Pulse pressure fatigue test: 1,000,000 cycles with pressure from 0 to 42 MPa (420 bar)
