Argo-Hytos Pressure Switches
Argo-Hytos pressure switches monitor system pressure and switch an electrical output when an adjustable set point is reached.
The current range comprises the TS51 and TS52 pressure switches, with one or two switching outputs and set points up to 400 bar, and the TM1 temperature switch with two switching outputs.
All three models have a stainless steel (316L) body, adjustable switch points set by a scaled setting ring with a mechanical lock to prevent accidental adjustment, PNP switching outputs, IP67 protection and a 4-pin M12x1 electrical connection. They are rated for shock of 50 g and vibration of 20 g, and the TS51 and TS52 are UL approved and certified to the Pressure Equipment Directive.
Argo-Hytos Switch Range
- TS51: Pressure Switch with One Switching Output: Single adjustable set point, available with setting ranges of 7.5–250 bar or 12–400 bar, and overload pressure ratings of 400 and 600 bar respectively. G1/4 port, 9.6–32 V DC supply, switching output rated to 500 mA, and a minimum service life of 50 million pressure cycles. Green and yellow LEDs show operation and switching status.
- TS52: Pressure Switch with Two Switching Outputs: Two independently adjustable set points with separate setting rings, available with setting ranges of 5–100 bar, 12.5–250 bar or 20–400 bar. Overload pressure ratings are 200, 400 and 600 bar for the three ranges. Otherwise matches the TS51: G1/4 port, 9.6–32 V DC supply, 500 mA outputs and a 50 million cycle service life.
- TM1: Temperature Switch with Two Switching Outputs: Monitors fluid temperature using a Pt 1000 sensing element, with two set points adjustable between -20 and +140°C. G1/2 connection with a 250 mm immersion probe, rated to 300 bar, with normally open or normally closed PNP outputs and a 0.5 second power-on delay.
