Bucher QXP Gear Pumps

The Bucher QXP is an internal gear pump for metering isocyanates, polyols, additives and other fluids. When combined with a variable-speed drive, the QXP pump can also be used as a metering pump in the production of polyurethane.

It enables precision metering with very low pulsations, even at high pressures and can be used with high and low viscosities, and with variable-speed drives.

Across the series, continuous operating pressure is 100 bar and peak pressure is 280 bar. Maximum speed varies from 1500 rpm to 1800 rpm.
