Dana Brevini MD10V Axial Piston Pump

Description

Dana Brevini MD10V pumps are variable displacement axial piston pumps. These pumps are for use in closed circuits.

Displacement is continuously variable thanks to a tilting swash plate and oil flow direction is reversible.

The MD10V series is available in 7 displacements from 14 cc/rev to 64 cc/rev: MD10V 014 | MD10V 018 | MD10V 021 | MD10V 028 | MD10V 046 | MD10V 050 | MD10V 064

Across the series the following range of controls is available:

  • Manual with / without zeroing;
  • Manual lever with feed-back;
  • Hydraulic proportional with / without feed-back;
  • Electric impulse;
  • Electric two position (ON-OFF);
  • Electric proportional without feed-back;
  • Electric proportional with feed-back with manual override;
  • Electric proportional with hydraulic emergency override;
  • Automotive.

Each pump has a built in boost pump that makes up for internal
leakage, maintains a positive pressure in the main circuit and
provides oil to the control system. All pumps have pre-set pressure relief valves and can be supplied as a single or in tandem version.

Operating Pressures:

  • MD10V 14 / 18: Main pump maximum continuous pressure is 250 bar continuous (3625 psi) and peak pressure is 300 bar (4350) psi. Charge pump nominal pressure is 10-20 bar (145 – 290 psi); standard 20 bar (290 psi); maximum 35 bar (507 psi).
  • MD10V 21 / 28: Main pump maximum continuous pressure is 250 bar continuous (3625 psi) and peak pressure is 350 bar (5075) psi. Charge pump nominal pressure is 15-25 bar (218 – 363 psi); standard 20 bar (290 psi); maximum 35 bar (507 psi).
  • MD10V 46 / 50/64: Main pump maximum continuous pressure is 250 bar continuous (3625 psi) and peak pressure is 350 bar (5075) psi. Charge pump nominal pressure is 15-25 bar (218 – 363 psi); standard 22 bar (319 psi); maximum 30 bar (435 psi).
