Euro Press Pack CMT#N Cylinder – Spring Return

The Euro Press Pack CMT#N is a versatile steel spring return pulling cylinder. CMT#N cylinders have a threaded body, rod and base  in order to facilitate the mounting of necessary accessories. An internal and external nitriding treatment provide a substantial resistance to wear and corrosion.

Applications:

Suggested usage for these cylinder is in situations where it is necessary to shift masses in assemblies, buildings and in laboratories to test the resistance of materials. Users should note the important requirement to lower the pressure inside the cylinder before disconnecting the quick coupler. Practicing this avoids problems re-inserting if lowering the load. In the case that pressure persists it is possible to use the KTS38 apposite tool in order to lower the pressure in the couplers.
