Hawe AV Throttle Valves

Hawe AV series valves are shut-off throttle valves that provide a metering function to create a pressure drop between inlet and outlet sides. The AV valve helps to sensitively regulate the velocity of cylinders in accumulator circuits and the flow rate in control circuits. A consumer line can also be completely shut-off (e.g. to protect a pressure gauge).

The AV valve produces a throttle effect by means of an annular gap. It is available as a screw-in valve or pipe connection valve.
