Marzocchi 1HL 2HL 1PHL High-Low Multiple Gear Pumps

Marzocchi 1HL, 2HL and 1PHL multiple gear pumps are ideal for applications needing a fast approach and/or return of the actuator at low loads, and slow motion of the actuator at high loads. e.g. log splitters, compactors & presses. They feature special integrated valves and offer volumetric and mechanical efficiencies as well as low noise levels.

Summary technical features across the range are as follows:

1HL Series:

• First stage, low displacement, high pressure: 1.4 cc/rev to 4.1 cc/rev; P1 at 250 bar
• Second stage, high displacement, low pressure: 4.1 cc/rev to 13.8 cc/rev (pressure set by unloading valve)
• Common inlet; common outlet; side ports FG and FA

1PHL Series:

• First stage, low displacement, high pressure: 1.1 cc/rev to 3.2 cc/rev; P1 at 230 bar
• Second stage, high displacement, low pressure: 3.7 cc/rev to 8.0 cc/rev (pressure set by unloading valve)
• Common inlet; common outlet; side ports FG

2HL Series:

• First stage, low displacement, high pressure: 4.5 cc/rev to 8.3 cc/rev; P1 at 250 bar
• Second stage, high displacement, low pressure: 9.6 cc/rev to 35.2 cc/rev (pressure set by unloading valve)
• Common inlet; common outlet; side ports D

In all cases, the unloading valve has a standard setting of 30 bar.
