Description
Marzocchi ALP and GHP series pumps are multiple modular gear pumps. These gear pumps consist of a pair of gears supported by two aluminium bushes, and high-tensile aluminium alloy flange and cover. A choice of different flanges, shafts and delivery and intake ports are available.
Five different pump groups are available and within each of them, different displacements are obtained by using different gear widths:
- Group 0.25: Sizes 18 | 24 | 30 | 36 | 48 | 60 cc/rev; minimum speeds from 1000 rpm to 1500 rpm; maximum torque 18 Nm
- Group 0.5: Sizes 0.50 | 0.75 | 1.00 | 1.30 | 1.60 | 2.00; minimum speeds from 800 to 1000 rpm; maximum torque 18 Nm
- ALP1 / GHP1: Sizes 2 | 3 | 4 | 5 | 6 | 7 | 9 | 11 | 13 | 16 | 20; minimum speeds from 500 to 800 rpm; maximum torque 50 Nm
- ALP2 / GHP2: Sizes 6 | 9 | 10 | 12 | 13 | 16 | 20 | 22 | 25 | 30 | 34 | 37 | 40 | 50; minimum speeds from 500 rpm to 800 rpm; maximum torque 100 Nm
- ALP3 / GHP3: Sizes 30 | 33 | 40 | 50 | 60 | 66 | 80 | 94 | 110 | 120 | 135; minimum speeds from 400 to 500 rpm; maximum torque 220 Nm
- ALP4: Sizes 130 | 160 | 190 | 220 | 250 | 270 | 300; minimum speed 400 rpm; maximum torque 550 Nm.
