MP Filtri FMP 039 High Pressure Filters

MP Filtri FMP 039 in-line filters: working pressure 110 bar (1595 psi), flow rates up to 80 litres/minute, threaded connections 1/2” BSP/NPT/SAE.

Features of MP Filtri FMP 039 filters include:

• 1/2” female threaded connections, for a maximum flow rate of 80 litres/minute
• Connections: in-line inlet/outlet
• Vertical mounting
• Fine filtration rating
• Bypass valve, to relieve excessive pressure drop across the filter media; opening pressure 600 kPa (6 bar) ±10%
• Visual, electrical and electronic differential clogging indicators
• Temperature: from -25 °C to +110 °C
• Seals: standard NBR, series A | optional FPM, series V

Filter housing materials:

• Head: anodised aluminium
• Housing: anodised aluminium
• Bypass valve: steel

Pressure:

• Test pressure: 17 MPa (170 bar)
• Burst pressure: 33 MPa (330 bar)
• Pulse pressure fatigue test: 1,000,000 cycles with pressure from 0 to 11 MPa (110 bar)
