MP Filtri LDP LDD Low & Medium Pressure Filters

MP Filtri LDP (in-line single) filters have a working pressure of up to 60 bar (870 psi) and flow rates up to 360 litres/minute. MP Filtri LDD (duplex) filters share the same working pressure and have flow rates up to 330 litres/minute. Both have threaded connections from 1 1/4″ to 1 1/2″ BSP/NPT/SAE. The LDD duplex filter also has 1 1/2″ SAE 3000 psi flanged connections.

Both LDP and LDD filers are available in sizes: 016 | 025 | 040.

MP Filtri LDP filters have female threaded connections up to 1 1/2″, for a maximum flow rate of 360 litres/minute.

MP Filtri LDD filters have female threaded connections up to 1 1/2″ and flanged connections up to 1 1/2″, for a maximum flow rate of 330 litres/minute.

Features common to both MP Filtri LDP and LDD filters:

• Filter element designed in accordance with DIN 24550 regulation
• Bypass valve, to relieve excessive pressure drop across the filter media; opening pressure 350 kPa (3.5 bar) ±10%

Features specific to LDD (duplex only):

• Balancing valve integrated in the changeover lever, to equalise the housing pressure before the switch
• Vent ports, to avoid air trapped into the filter going into the system
• Drain ports, to remove the fluid from the housing prior to maintenance work
• Optional sampling ports, to get samples of fluid or to connect additional instruments to the system
