MP Filtri LMD 400-401 431 Low & Medium Pressure Filters

MP Filtri LMD 400 series filters have a working pressure of up to 16 bar and flow rates of up to 590 litres/minute.

LMD 400 filters are versatile, low pressure duplex filters with an integrated changeover function – allowing the filter element to be replaced without shutting the system down. They are therefore particularly suitable for systems where shut-down causes high costs or safety issues.

• Water removal elements, to remove free water from the hydraulic fluid
• Balancing valve, to equalise the housing pressure before the switch; opening pressure 350 kPa (3.5 bar) ±10%
• Bypass valve, to relieve excessive pressure drop across the filter media
• Vent ports, to prevent any air trapped in filter from entering the system
• Drain ports, to remove the fluid from the housing prior to maintenance
• Visual, electrical and electronic differential clogging indicators
• Temperature: from -25° C to +110° C
• Seals: FPM, series V
• Test pressure: 2.5 MPa (25 bar)
