MP Filtri Tank Accessories and Ancillaries

MP Filtri tank accessories and ancillaries cover pressure gauge protection, pipe fixing and vibration control around the hydraulic tank.

The range comprises:

• EM1 | pressure gauge isolator, operating pressure up to 400 bar, operating temperature -25 °C to +100 °C. Protects the pressure gauge from pressure shocks when a reading isn’t required: the button isolates the gauge when not pressed, gives a reading when pressed, and can be turned to hold continuous measurement.
• SVM | gauge selector valve, operating pressure up to 400 bar, operating temperature -25 °C to +100 °C. Works the same way as EM1 but across 3 or 6 pressure ports, for systems needing to monitor pressure at multiple points from one gauge.
• FTA – FTR | oil tank fixing flanges, operating temperature -25 °C to +100 °C, for pipe diameters from 6 mm to 89 mm. Fix suction and return lines to the reservoir cover; a flexible insert separates rigid pipes or flexible hoses from the reservoir wall, absorbing vibration and reducing noise.
• MULTIFIX SFT | fixing clamps, operating temperature -25 °C to +100 °C, in three heights (38 mm, 51 mm and 78 mm) for single or multiple pipe runs. Support, guide and absorb impact and vibration, giving a neat, precise installation without the need for angle clamps or other bespoke mounting.

Filter housing materials:

• EM1: body cast iron, pin and stop ring steel, seals NBR, knob and cover polyamide, nameplate aluminium, nut and screw galvanised steel
• SVM: body cast iron, pin steel, seals NBR, cover and flange anodised aluminium, knob and ringnut polyamide, nut and screw galvanised or phosphatised steel
• FTA: flange galvanised steel, flange seal inorganic fibre, tube seal NBR, screw galvanised steel
• MULTIFIX SFT: bracket pair galvanised steel, bush NBR, spacer/studs/screws/foot steel
