MP Filtri Filtration Accessories

MP Filtri filtration accessories cover everything needed to protect and monitor a hydraulic tank: air breathers and filler caps, drain plugs, visual and electrical level indicators, and a range of tank-mounting ancillaries.

Air Breathers & Filler Caps

Tank filler and breather filters filter incoming air and pre-filter fluid during filling, preventing foreign bodies entering the tank. Available in pressurised, non-pressurised, threaded, welded and flanged versions.

TA 46 – TAP 50 – SAP 50 | filling caps and air breathers with 3 and 10 micron filter element, flow rate up to 200 litres/minute.
TA 80 | metal oil filler and air breather cap, usually fitted directly on the tank, flow rate up to 550 litres/minute.
TAP 90 | nylon oil filler and air breather cap with 3 and 10 micron filter element, flow rate up to 550 litres/minute.
TAP 114 | nylon oil filler and air breather cap with 10 micron filter element, flow rate up to 1600 litres/minute.
TAP 115 – SAP 115 | filling caps and air breathers with 3 and 10 micron filter element, flow rate up to 3000 litres/minute.
SAP 054 – SAP 075 – SA | air breather cap with threaded connection, flow rate up to 2500 litres/minute.
SCS | air breather filter with spin-on type filter element, fitted with solder or flange connections, flow rate up to 1300 litres/minute.
SAW 115 | moisture control desiccant air breather, threaded connection, flow rate up to 2500 litres/minute.
SME 1 – SMF 1 – SML 1 | risers for breather and filler cap installation, usually fitted at any point on the side of the tank.

Fillers & Drain Plugs

Filler caps are installed into the fill port of hydraulic tanks and are usually fitted directly onto the tank, suited to compact hydraulic systems.

TC 50 | nylon filler cap, threaded connections up to G1″, with air breather, oil dipstick and antisplash features.
TKT – TSD | nylon filler caps, threaded connections up to G2″, with air breather, oil dipstick and antisplash features.
TKM | aluminium magnetic drain plug, for the same connection range as TKT and TSD.

Visual Oil Level Indicators

Sight gauges for monitoring the fluid level in a hydraulic tank.

LCP – LCC | round shape visual level indicators, small sizes suited to mini power packs.
LVA – LVU | vertical shape visual level indicators. LVA has a fixing centre distance up to 254 mm; LVU up to 2000 mm, with the option of a drain valve to empty the tank.

Electrical Oil Level Indicators

Electrical and visual/electrical level indicators for monitoring fluid level in hydraulic tanks.

LEN – LEG – LET – LEM – LEU | electrical float level indicators, fitted above or on the tank with one or two floats to monitor minimum level, maximum level, or both. LEM is available in lengths up to 1000 mm.
LVK | fully transparent visual and electrical level indicator, with electrical control that activates in the absence of oil.

Tank Accessories Ancillaries

EM1 | pressure gauge isolator, operating pressure up to 400 bar, to protect pressure gauges from pressure shocks when a reading isn’t required.
SVM | gauge selector valve, operating pressure up to 400 bar, for the same pressure-gauge protection role as EM1 across multiple pressure ports.
FTA – FTR | oil tank fixing flanges, to fix suction and return lines to the reservoir cover while absorbing vibration and reducing noise.
MULTIFIX SFT | fixing clamps, for a neat, secure installation of multiple pipelines of different types and diameters.
