Eaton Vickers G Series Tie Rod Cylinders

Eaton Vickers G series tie-rod cylinders have a large bore and are suited to the toughest jobs. Created with ultra heavy-duty materials and smart design features, these NFPA rated cylinders are made for optimal performance and longevity.

A tapered cushion valve increases cushion performance for a smoother experience than stepped. Meanwhile, captive cushion screws prevent accidental removal, while still allowing a full range of adjustment. Threaded body flanges provide 22% better yield strength than welded material for improved shear safety.

Eaton VG Series and Hydro-Line® HG Series cylinders come in standard bore sizes from 254 mm to 762 mm (10″ to 30″) and stroke lengths up to 7620 mm (300″). Rated pressure is up to 207 bar (3000 psi). Their nitride steel bearings provide higher load capacity, longer life and ultimate corrosion resistance to meet and exceed the requirements of the toughest jobs
