Eaton Vickers EM Series Mill-Duty Hydraulic Cylinders

Eaton Vickers EM series cylinders are mill-duty hydraulic cylinders that have been engineered to meet the extreme demands of primary metal applications.

They are constructed from heavy-duty, high-yield-strength steel throughout the cylinder – including the flange – ensuring maximum durability. The threaded flange design enables reliable operation in even the most demanding applications.

Captive screws prevent accidental removal, while still allowing easy adjustment. Meanwhile, Eaton’s SureSeal system – the connection between rod and wipers – ensures exceptional performance and durability.

Special wear bands eliminate metal-to-metal contact for longer cylinder life and increased load-carrying capability. The case-hardened, chrome-plated piston rod ensures maximum durability and seal life, resulting in less downtime.

Standard bore sizes range from 2″ to 16″.
