Parker Pressure Reducing Valves

Parker pressure reducing valves hold a lower, controlled pressure in part of a hydraulic circuit, whatever the pressure upstream.

They are used to supply clamping, pilot and secondary circuits at a set pressure from a single pump. The range covers pilot operated, direct operated and proportional valves for subplate, sandwich and in-line mounting, rated up to 350 bar.

Pilot Operated Pressure Reducing Valves

R4R and R4R*P2: Subplate mounted valves to ISO 5781, rated up to 350 bar with flows from 150 to 500 l/min depending on size (up to NG32). Reduced pressure stages up to 105, 210 or 350 bar. The R4R is manually adjusted, and the R4R*P2 has a proportional solenoid pilot stage. Normally closed, to prevent unintended actuator movement.
ZDR: Sandwich valves for stack systems in NG06 (CETOP 03) and NG10 (CETOP 05) sizes, up to 350 bar and 120 l/min. The reducing function can be in port P, A or B, with an integral return flow check valve when it is in A or B.
R5R / R5R*P2, PRM and PRPM: Further pilot operated pressure reducing valve series.

Direct Operated Pressure Reducing Valves

PRDM and VM: Direct operated pressure reducing valves.

Proportional Pressure Reducing Valves

D1FV, D1FV*EE and D1FV OBE: Direct operated NG06 (CETOP 03) proportional valves rated up to 350 bar operating pressure, with reduced pressure ranges of 25 or 45 bar and flows up to 10 l/min, suited to pilot control. The OBE version has digital onboard electronics with low hysteresis.
VMY: Pilot operated proportional reducing valves for ISO 4401 subplates, with a spool main stage and proportional pilot stage, up to 350 bar and 160 l/min depending on size. Reduced pressure is variable from 0 bar up to the nominal pressure, in five pressure stages.
