Argo Hytos GP1L Gear Pump

In both assembly and production, Argo Hytos work with a certified quality management system. This guarantees maximum product quality. Argo Hytos GP1L gear pumps (Lightline version) are a high quality aluminium (for durability), external gear pump with axial play compensation.

They are for use in circuits with a lower – normal operating pressure. These gear pumps have identical displacement volumes as the respective models of the main series. However, Argo Hytos have developed the Lightline variants specifically for low operating pressure. For this reason, however, they are not suitable for operation with multiple arrangements like the main series.

The GP1L series is available in 13 displacements from 0.8 cc/rev to 8.0 cc/rev: GP1L 0,8 | GP1L 1,3 | GP1L 1,6 | GP1L 1,8 | GP1L 2,1 | GP1L 2,7 | GP1L 3,2 | GP1L 3,7 | GP1L 4,2 | GP1L 4,8 | GP1L 5,8 | GP1L 7,0 | GP1L 8,0

Across the range, the maximum continuous pressure is 230 bar and peak pressure is 270 bar. Minimum speed is 600 rpm, maximum is 6000 rpm.
