    Donaldson HMK04 HMK24 Spin-On Filters


    Donaldson HMK04 (single) and HMK24 (dual head) series DURAMAX® spin-on filters feature a die-cast aluminum head, heavy duty steel body, and die-cast aluminum top plate for added strength.

    They are suitable for medium pressure filtration for applications including: case drains, cooling circuits, fluid conditioning systems, fuel transfer, hydrostatic charge pumps, lube oil systems, power transmissions, return lines and side loop systems.

    A special head-to-canister O-Ring seal prevents leakage. Nitrile seals are standard; fluorocarbon seals are available on some models.

    Maximum working pressures go to 35 bar (500 psi) and rated static burst to 69 bar (1000 psi). The HMK04 has a flow range to 133 litres / minute, and the HMK24 to 227 litres / minute. Operating temperature range is -29°C to 121°C (-20°F to 250°F) for synthetic and -29°C to 107°C (-20°F to 225°F) for cellulose.

    Standard bypass ratings are: 3.5 bar (50 psi), 1.73 bar (25 psi) or no bypass.  A full range of media options are available, using Donaldson’s exclusive Synteq™ synthetic media.
