Duplomatic GP External Gear Pumps

Duplomatic GP pumps are fixed displacement external gear pumps with axial clearance compensation.

They give high volumetric flows even at high operating pressures, a low noise level. The balancing system of the loads on the guide bushings ensures high endurance.

They are divided into three size groups:

• GP1 from 1.3 to 9.1 cc/rev: GP1-0013 | GP1-0020 | GP1-0027 | GP1-0034 | GP1-0041 | GP1-0051 | GP1-0061 | GP1-0074 GP-0091
• GP2 from 7.0 to 27.9 cc/rev: GP2-0070 | GP2-0095 | GP2-0113 | GP2-0140 | GP2-0158 | GP2-0178 | GP2-0208 | GP2-0234 | GP2-0279
• GP3 from 20.7 to 87.6 cc/rev: GP3-0207 | GP3-0225 | GP3-0264 | GP3-0337 | GP3-0394 | GP3-0427 | GP3-0514 | GP3-0600 | GP3-0696 | GP3-0776 | GP3-0876

Maximum operating pressures are up to 250 bar (standard) and up to 310 bar at peak. Maximum rotation speeds range from 2000 to 6000 rpm, with minimum rotation speeds from 400 to 800 rpm.

They are available with clockwise, anticlockwise and reversible rotation, and with a tapered shaft as standard. Other shafts are available.

They are available in multiple versions, and can be combined in multi-flow groups, with a splined connection motion system that guarantees high power performances.
