Eaton Vickers IHM & TV Series Tie-Rod Cylinders

Eaton Vickers IHM and TV series cylinders are heavy duty, tie-rod, ISO industry standard metric cylinders. They are held together by tie rods and nuts and are constructed with durable gray iron bearings, to keep them running stronger and longer.

Offering reliable and safe operation, these cylinders can reduce cycle times and boost production. Acceleration is maximised with a patented floating ring cushion seal or alternate ball check design. Meanwhile deceleration is optimised because of the cylinder’s fully adjustable cushioning system.

Other features include:

• Special wear bands that eliminate metal-to-metal contact for longer cylinder life and increased load-carrying capability;
• Case-hardened, chrome-plated piston rod that ensures maximum durability and seal life, resulting in less downtime;
• Rod seal maintenance can be performed without disassembling the cylinder.
