They feature special wear bands that eliminate metal-to-metal contact and provide longer cylinder life and increased load-carrying capability. The case-hardened, chrome-plated piston rod in carbon or alloy steel ensures maximum durability.

Meanwhile, the Eaton SureSeal system, the connection between the rod and wipers, ensures that IM series cylinders perform strongly and last long.
