Eaton Vickers W Series Welded Cylinders

Eaton Vickers W series cylinders are industrial welded cylinders that are custom engineered with high-yield-strength steel to keep systems operating smoother, stronger and longer. They feature advanced sealing technology to virtually eliminate system leaks in applications such as balers, waste processing and material handling applications.

The cylinder design includes a piloted ductile iron piston that is in one piece to ensure concentricity. A steel port boss creates a full-thread, pressure-tight porting connection. Meanwhile, a mechanically-loaded piston and innovative rod seals prevent seal leakage.

Eaton Vickers W series cylinders are available in standard bore sizes from 102 mm to 305 mm (4 inches to 12 inches), and stroke length of up to 7620 mm (300 inches) and have a pressure rating of up to 207 bar (3,000 psi).
