Euro Press Pack COG Cylinder – Oil Return

The Euro Press Pack COG cylinder is an oil return cylinder with a safety nut, suitable for high tonnage. Designed with strength as a priority, the COG cylinder has a grooved saddle on the end of the rod in order to to improve the grip upon the load.  All models are equipped with eyelets to facilitate their transport and fixing. A safety valve, calibrated to 150 bar, connected to the return chamber, avoids possible overpressure.

Technical Specifications of the COG series :

    • Force: 100-400 tons
    • Stroke: 100-250 mm
    • Maximum working pressure: 700 bar pushing, 150 bar pulling

    Applications:

The Euro Press Pack COG is a very solid cylinder specialised for lifting, pillaring and lowering operations. Given the facility for double acting performance, they are suggested for synchronous lowering with split flow power packs. Common applications include works of civil, naval, iron metallurgy, mechanical engineering, industrial assembly and heavy carpentry where quick and total rod return, and the support of the load with a safety nut are fundamental requirements.

    Optional equipment:

    • F version, cylinder with base mounting holes for fixing purposes.
    • Separate ZTT tilt saddle to reduce the effects of an off-centred load.
