Hydreco Q QR QS Series Gear Pumps

Hydreco Q series gear pumps come in 4 frame sizes (Q4, Q5, Q6 and Q7) in spur gear (QR series) and helical gear (QS series) types.

QR spur gear pumps are designed for minimum pressure ripple while the QS Series features patented helical gears which reduce ripple and noise levels even further.

Both series are of cast iron construction and high quality steel gears are supported by hydro-dynamic plain (bush) bearings which are lubricated by a system which draws cool fluid from the inlet port.

The pumps will work to peak pressures up to 280 bar (4060 psi) and most run at up to 3000 rpm.

It is possible to connect pumps of different sizes in double, triples or even quadruple units.
