Marzocchi 0.25 & 0.5 Micro Gear Pumps

Marzocchi 0.25 and 0.5 micro aluminium gear pumps only differ by their tooth profiles. Their very high performance when integrated in to micro power packs makes these pumps ideal for many applications from aerospace to marine, and medical to automotive.

Different pump displacements are available within each pump group by changing the thickness the gear toothed band. Available displacements (cc/rev) are:

• Group 0.25 pumps: 0.19 | 0.26 | 0.32 | 0.38 | 0.51 | 0.64
• Group 0.5 pumps: 0.50 | 0.63 | 0.88 | 1.00 | 1.25 | 1.50

Both the Marzocchi 0.25 and 0.5 pumps feature maximum continuous pressure from 190 bar to 230 bar, maximum intermittent pressure from 210 bar to 250 bar and pea pressures from 230 bar to 270 bar. Maximum speeds for Group 0.25 pumps are up to 7000 rpm, while for Group 0.5 pumps the range is 4000 rpm to 7000 rpm.

Marzocchi 0.25 and 0.5 micropumps are also available in both single rotation and bi-rotational configurations. Different flanges, shafts, inlet and pressure ports are also available.
