Voith DECV Servo Valves

Voith DECV servo valves (electro-hydraulics amplifiers) are programmable, highly dynamic and enable maximum process reliability. They ensure that short-stroke actuator movements are carried out flawlessly. The current actuator position is fed back using a direct mechanical linkage and consequently in real time.

The Voith DECV servo valve provides single-stage, direct actuation that ensures precise control. It has s step response of  only seven milliseconds and is focused on applications with high mechanical loads.

It is affected very little by oil impurities and can be used with oil of the cleanliness class 19/17/14 as per ISO 4406. This oil quality level can be reached with a common bypass filter system.
